Just pre-book a time and date, and the Just Load IT team will set up a 'virtual press room' for your meeting. We will give you a URL which you email to invited journalists. They just click the URL and Marratech will take them automatically to your meeting. All they need is a computer, a headset with microphone and a high speed broadband connection. A web cam is optional.
